A robber hacked this guy's arm with a machete.  His arm was broke and the nerves severed.  I sent him into Port.  Doctors Without Borders refused him and sent him to General Hospital.  I haven't heard anything else after that.

how does a hospital 'refuse' a patient??  this is sad - especially how we here in the states hear how "Wonderful" Dr. w/O Borders are.  Sigh.
